So, how does posture impact your health and wellness?

First, let us answer what is posture?

Posture is the position in which we hold our bodies while standing, sitting, or lying down. Good posture is when the body is in correct alignment and supported by the right amount of muscle tension against gravity. Without posture and the muscles that control it, we would fall to the ground.

Good posture allows joints and muscles to work properly together, reducing degenerative arthritis and joint pain. It also reduces stress on joints and ligaments, therefore reducing pain and injury. These points lead to overall wellness.
