Meet Dr. Constance Harrison, D.C.
As an athlete, Dr. Constance Harrison always wanted to help athletes. She was studying biology, with a goal of becoming a physical therapist, until a recruiter from Life University came to her school. The natural approach offered with chiropractic appealed to her. Once she did her research, she realized this is what she wanted to do.

Witnessing the Effects of Chiropractic
Dr. Conn started at Life University as a new mother of a six-month-old son. Being a new mom, constantly bending over picking up a baby, all the daily tasks involved with a newborn really weighs on you, and there’s no way to really prepare your body for it. Add in existing back issues from basketball, track, and other sports, and it’s a recipe for pain and discomfort.
Education and Training
Dr. Conn earned her Bachelor’s degree from Albany State University, and then went on to attend Life University in Marietta, GA, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic in March 2021. She didn’t know much about chiropractic before attending Life. In fact, her first adjustment came in the student clinic. Dr. Conn met Dr. Turner at a conference in Chicago, and knew then she wanted her as a mentor. They stayed in touch until graduation, and it’s honestly been an awesome experience. Dr. Turner is a great mentor, not only teaching her students to be great doctors, but also teaching us how to be successful on the business end.
Taking A Break
When not at The Chiro Place, Dr. Conn enjoys spending time with her son, Kyrie, and just being active with him. They walk, swim, go to the playground; every new adventure they can conquer is special, as he’s on the spectrum. Dr. Conn wants him to know he can do anything he wants to do, and don’t dwell on what he can’t. Kyrie also gets regular adjustments to stay in front of any possible developmental delays.
